Alavar Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is an independently owned and operated mobile physical therapy clinic serving the greater Las Vegas and Henderson area. We provide physical therapy for pelvic health and orthopedic conditions in the comfort of your own home or wherever you choose.

To better serve our patients, we are cash-based. This means we accept payment at time of service and do not submit claims to insurance. However, you may be able to submit to your insurance yourself and get reimbursed. We can provide you with a superbill upon request.
